The Northeast Kingdom Speaks was filmed on the beautiful Vermont farms of Jerry Johnson, Neal Perry, and Heike Bean. With bucolic scenery as a backdrop, Jerry Johnson reads his poems, Old Friend, My Young Morgan Ben, and A Bed of Clover. To the accompaniment of their guitars and harmonica, Karin Johnson and Keith Jacobson sing Back in the Saddle Again, Forever Young, and Happy Trails. Their songs resonate through hill and valley while horses romp through pasture and meadow.
